How fees work

3% on paid season registrations
The standard platform fee comes out of organization proceeds; it is not added as a separate TeamFeeder charge to the family. Free registrations have no percentage fee. An organization may have a lower agreed rate.
Processor fees are separate
Card processing has its own percentage and fixed cost and reduces provider proceeds. The payer sees the final amount before checkout; organizations can review fee estimates in their payment records.
Choose AI when it is useful
Video AI analysis and re-analysis use paid model capacity and are priced separately from the free workspace. Review the estimate before starting an analysis; do not assume unlimited AI is included.
No TeamFeeder fee on donations
New fundraising donations have no TeamFeeder platform fee. Card processing still reduces proceeds. Existing transactions keep the fees recorded when they were paid.

A $100 paid registration
At the standard rate, TeamFeeder's platform fee is $3. Using the default card estimate of 2.9% + 30¢, processing is about $3.20 and the organization receives about $93.80. The actual processor rate can vary by account; taxes or program-specific charges are separate.
